Video game voice actor websites, with every character on a card.

Game casting asks for range and stamina. Your site should separate dialogue from efforts, so a studio can hear what a full session would be like.

What a producer listens for.

What matters when someone is casting video game voice actors, and how the site answers it.

  1. Dialogue and efforts apart

Characters in dialogue, and combat efforts and reactions, are different jobs. Separate samples let a team hear both.

  2. Characters by genre

Fantasy, sci-fi, shooters and narrative games each want a different voice. Label samples by genre.

  3. Technical readiness

Booth, interface, delivery format and remote session options matter to a game studio.

How your reels are labelled.

Examples of the labels a producer sees before pressing play. Final labels are agreed with you.

  • Characters · fantasy
  • Characters · sci-fi
  • Efforts · combat
  • Dialogue · narrative

What your site adds.

  1. Session set-up in plain view

Source-Connect or ipDTL, sample rate and file naming on the page, where a producer looks.

  2. Credits with titles

List shipped titles and mark unreleased or demonstration work clearly.

Questions, answered.

Something else? Ask it when you request a quote.

Should efforts and dialogue be on separate reels?

Yes, ideally. They are cast and recorded differently, and separate samples make the choice easier.

Do I need game credits to have a game reel?

No. Original character reads are normal early on; label them as demonstrations.

How do I show I can handle long sessions?

State your booth and experience with long sessions honestly. Do not claim stamina you have not shown.

Your voice, heard first.
