Animation voice actor websites, one card per character.

Animation casting works from characters, not categories. Your site should give each voice its own card, so a director can audition you by ear.

What a producer listens for.

What matters when someone is casting animation voice actors, and how the site answers it.

  1. One card per character

A short sample with a name, an age range and a line of description lets a director hear a voice, not a list.

  2. Range without a mess

Group voices by kind: young, old, creature, comic. Too many unrelated clips blur what you are best at.

  3. Effort and safety

Show screams and efforts only if you can deliver them for hours and want the work.

How your reels are labelled.

Examples of the labels a producer sees before pressing play. Final labels are agreed with you.

  • Characters · young
  • Characters · villain
  • Characters · creature
  • Characters · narrator

What your site adds.

  1. Cards that can be sent on

Each character gets its own link, so a producer can forward just the voice they like.

  2. Direction notes

A line on how you take direction and iterate helps animation teams plan a session.

Questions, answered.

Something else? Ask it when you request a quote.

How many characters should a reel have?

Enough to show real range, but each one must be convincing. Quality of the best few matters more than count.

Can I show characters from series I voiced?

Only with permission. Otherwise record original character reads and label them as such.

Do I need a separate animation site?

No. Keep one site and a clearly labelled animation reel and cards.

Your voice, heard first.
